Whether you're looking to create a custom engagement ring or a unique piece that tells your story, our dedicated team is here to guide you every step of the way. To ensure a seamless and tailored experience, we have implemented a convenient appointment booking calendar. Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information, including the date, time, and location of your consultation. Our team of skilled artisans and designers will be eagerly awaiting your arrival to bring your vision to life.

Manufacturing & Shipping

- Manufacturing time is 3-4 business weeks (This is the max time we take from customers, If you need it earlier, then contact our customer support). If you are located in the Netherlands, the order should reach you within 1-3 days after manufacturing.
- All Designs can be made in Different types of diamonds as part of Customization, such as Moissanite, Aquamarine, Citrine or Lab Made Diamonds. Above Details and Price are for Moissanite. If you want to change the Diamond type or Diamond Size, then contact our Customer Support.
- Gift Packing, Gift Notes, and Engraving available Free of cost on Special Request. Please let us know in due time.
- All Jewelry made from Natural or Lab made Diamonds are Shipped with Insurance.
Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can always contact us for any return questions at sales@saiidii.nl.
Since our designs are handcrafted, all returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the labour required to resize and polish the returned piece. If the returned piece requires extensive cleaning or repair (or is in any other condition that prevents resale), we will charge a higher restocking fee, depending on the amount of repair work that’s required.
